For over a decade, I was on the corporate fast track, passionate about my work and helping my teams thrive. But I saw a recurring pattern: as women, we’re navigating a world not built for us, caught between conflicting expectations about being a leader, a woman, a mother, a daughter, a friend… How can we truly thrive when we’re taught not to be ourselves?
I’ve been on a lifelong search for answers, digging deep into neuroscience, biology, philosophy, and ancient wisdom. My journey brought me to a powerful realisation: all these different teachings are most powerful when combined. What hasn’t been proved by science doesn’t mean it’s not real; we just don’t fully understand it yet. Not everything is meant to be understood by the head; some things are meant to be felt by the heart.
Head & Heart is the culmination of this journey. It’s the space where the strategic mind of a leader meets the intuitive wisdom of the natural world. I help high-achieving women find their center, reclaim their energy, and cultivate a sense of sustained well-being that truly lasts.

Life Path
Life path number 9 is known to be humanitarian, a path dedicated to the service of others. Head & Heart is my mission to make this world a better place. Helping others with compassion and empathy, and providing support and advice is part of my nature. I believe in the potential of others, even when you yourself may not yet see it. My creativity allows me to create a completely personalized journey for you.
Astrology
With my Sun in Cancer, my home is my heart, and I invite you into this nurturing environment to come and heal. My Chiron is also in Cancer, giving me the capacity to nurture emotional well-being, particularly in the context of home and roots. My North Node in Pisces means that my life is dedicated to spiritual surrender and universal love. This is my calling; I’m here to help, inspire, and nurture you in the warmth of my home.
Experience
I’ve spent ten years in the corporate world, four of which were in leadership positions. During this time, I have always been passionate about teaching, mentoring, and coaching. Many roads in my life have led to where I am today, following my head and heart. This culminates in my life’s mission: to help women leaders reclaim their power, triggering a ripple effect of higher frequencies in the world.
