Dancing in the moonlight

The world is changing, and so am I… Growing… Becoming the best version of me. And sometimes, that means facing old wounds and letting go of deeply ingrained fear.

I had a dream that showed me just how much courage I’m starting to gather — how I’m beginning to move beyond old patterns. So I made a plan to nurture that courage. A plan with meaning, intention, and all the “right” steps. But it was hot. I wasn’t feeling it. So I postponed it, half-feeling bad for not following through on my good intentions. Then, as I was meditating before bed, the skies opened and it started raining — a rare August gift here.

Something inside me whispered: Go… Step outside. Feel the rain. Instead of pushing it away with excuses, «going out dancing in the rain in pyjamas is crazy», I listened to that inner voice. No plan. Just rain on my skin, the night air, and the quiet knowing that I was releasing what needed to go. Dancing away the fear. And maybe, without forcing it, I rose into a new kind of courage.

Not the warrior charging into battle, but the one who trusts the timing of the elements. Because sometimes, the most powerful actions are the ones we don’t plan.
